The Paleo Diet Explained article above is quite controversial if you listen to the whole interview.It is quite lengthy to watch too.
I would say it does give a good explanation of of this diet if you are wanting more information on The Paleo diet plan.It also goes into great detail about dietary problems and intolerance's.The majority of us may be unaffected by much of what the Doctor talks about in relation to dairy intolerance for example.However for those people with unexplained problems or diagnosed issues you may find this quite useful.
My advice as usual is to way up the pros & cons of any diet.A low fat diet if you suffer from Osteoporosis is probably not a good idea.Likewise a diet with low fat will probably suit someone with a medical condition such as gallstones who needs to lose weight!
